March 19, 2010 [one_half_alpha] 皆さん、こんにちは。ＡＳＬの新しい先生が６月にデフジャパンに来ます。彼はポール・グーさんでろう者でアメリカ手話（ＡＳＬ）を使用します。中国生まれでアメリカ育ち、ロチェスター工科大学でコンピュータグラフィックデザインを専攻、ろうのアーティストであります。デフオリンピックで台湾へ行き、ヨーロッパの多くのろう者と手話で交流しました。しかし　ろうの台湾人、中国人、韓国人、日本人の手話は難しくて分かりにくいでした。ポールさんは来日され、ＡＳＬを教え日本手話（ＪＳＬ）を覚えたいと言っています。ポールさんの講演会を６月６日に開催します。　是非新しい先生ポールさんに会いに来てください日時：６月６日　午後１時半～３時半

A new ASL teacher will be coming to DeafJapan in June. His name is Paul Guo, he is deaf and uses American Sign Language. He was born in China but grew up the United States. He studied at Rochester Institute of Technology for Computer Graphics Design.

Paul is a Deaf artist and he went to the Deaf Olympics in Taiwan and met many Deaf people from Europe and could communicate with them using sign language. However, when he met Deaf Taiwanese, Chinese, Korean and Japanese people, it was difficult for him to communicate.

Paul would like to come to Japan and teach American Sign Language and learn Japanese Sign Language.
